These pens are hand made specially for you using refillable Inkjoy Gel pens.
As with all items handmade, there may be small imperfections. Please know this was made with love ❤️ No 2 pens are ever alike. There may be some imperfections but I promise, you will get something I would be proud to write with.

Name/Phrase - Please double check spelling
**Do you want the name/phrase facing you or outward so people can read it?**
Vinyl Color - Typically Black or White depending on design by default but you can request a certain color :)Glitter - All pens have sprinkles of glitter all over. Glitter just makes everything better.
Fonts - Please select which font you would like to have
*Colors may vary due to screen color and flash, but we will do our best to get you the color you love!
These pens take me only a couple of days to make + shipping time.
If changes need to be made, please contact me as soon as possible. 24 hours after receiving the order may result in no changes being able to be made.

Return/Exchange Policy:
1. You are responsible for all spelling and wording, no changes can be made once the pen has been started on.
2. If there is a problem with your order, please message me and I will do my best to fix it.
3. If you receive a damaged item, due to shipping, contact me for a replacement within 24hrs of receiving. Items will not be replaced if I was not contacted within 24 hours of package arrival. Pictures will need to be provided as proof of damage.
4. Pen refill plastic tip must STILL be attached in photos if requesting a refund or exchange.
5. Item must be sent back to us before we can issue a refund. Unless damaged during shipping, customer is responsible for shipping price.
